Eligibility conditions for affordable rental
To be eligible to rent affordable housing from a social landlord, the general rental conditions below must be respected.
Rent is determined based on income and ranges from 10 to 35% of net disposable income.

Respect income ceilings
Individuals interested in affordable rental housing must meet all eligibility criteria, including meeting the income ceiling based on their household size.

To be of legal age
On the day of registration, the applicant must be over 18 years old.

Not being an owner
The applicant must not be the owner or beneficiary of a right of residence of more than one third undivided; in Luxembourg and/or abroad.

Subletting prohibited
Any subletting is prohibited. The tenant is required to live in the accommodation himself.

Personally live in the accommodation
It is strictly forbidden to leave the accommodation uninhabited.
