Affordable rental housing is intended for anyone who faces difficulties in finding accommodation on the private market, whether due to the size of the household or the high amount of rents requested.

It turns out that a large proportion of our residents are eligible for financially affordable rental housing.

Our homes are allocated to prospective tenants registered on the National Register of Affordable Housing, commonly known as RENLA, which is a national waiting list of people seeking to rent affordable housing.
